Add Filtering to Start Watching

Not sure if this is already in the works, but I couldn't find any mention of it. On the Start Watching panel, there's a filter icon but it's currently disabled. It would be great to have filtering here like the other panels, that way I can narrow down content by streaming service and find something I know I can watch without having to open each title individually.
