Add support for nebula.tv

There are a few series I watch regularly on nebula.tv. It would be great to A) have an option to launch the app (ie: Watch on…), and if possible, to sync progress. The latter may or may not be possible based on their architecture, but an open-app option like I get for Disney+, Apple TV+ etc… would be very handy.
