Allow marking as watched for future release dates

Following the discussion on the forums:

I would like to propose allowing marking an item as watched even if the release date is in the future.

Sometimes TMDB has different release dates, people receive screeners or other sources (journalists, etc.). V2 doesn’t have this artificial limitation, so it could easily be changed in the frontend.
