Allow the Import of Media Collection Library CSV/JSON files

The desired goal would be to allow us to have an easier method of importing details of our Library collected items.

Currently we are able to export these files but can’t re-import them, or add new Library details.

The need is here as there’s no easy method to import Library details other than through Plex Sync. Competitors / alternatives to Plex, e.g. Emby, Jellyfin, and others are widely used but currently unsupported. This would make it simple for those users to more easily add their Library details. It would also allow users with current Libraries to adjust or fix errors and misclassification.

To follow with the desire Trakt has of separating “playable” digital files for future desirable expansion / addition to make Trakt a one-stop location to play all our files, it would be very easy to require the use of a “media type=0” and “media type=1”.

It would also greatly speed up the ability to edit metadata to detail resolution, HDR, Audio Codec, etc.
