Bring Back Expandable Sections

In my opinion, one major usability drawback of v3 compared to v2 is that sections such as "Continue Watching" or "Start Watching" are not expandable. I always need to go to a different page, which adds a lot of navigation overhead. The old expandable sections additionally offered the advantage of saving the collapsed/expanded state.

To be clear, opening up a new page for huge lists is understandable, but not for something like the “Continue Watching” section.
