Bring back password login and make it possible to log out

Forced email login is a terrible flow for people with password managers. Instead of authenticating automatically, I have to wait for an email, then copy a code or click a button there. This is a big downgrade for no good reason.

Also, logout is completely broken. It logs you out, but the next time you click login, it does not require any form of authentication, you are logged right back.
