Bring back spoiler settings

This has two parts. First, why do thumbnails show for the indivial episodes in social activity? These should be hidden the same way as they are in my up next, UNLESS I have already watched that thing. I've genuinely had things spoiled just by scrolling down and seeing what my friends have been watching.

Second: we used to be able to customise spoiler settings. We could choose which things to blur/hide. Now, spoilers have been simplified and we don't have the same options. This is a huge step back. We need to bring options back.
