Clearly Communicate What Happens when Reaching Limits

Currently, the VIP page offers no information on what happens once you reach a limit, making the limits appear more frightening than they actually are.

Instead, the page should clearly state that you can contact support, and that as long as you don’t abuse the system in any way, your limits will likely be raised.
