Custom Color Themes

Official seasonal themes already show that the site is able to handle different accent colors. It would be great if we were able to choose a color ourselves.

It would probably lend itself well as a VIP feature. Please don’t scream at me for proposing this as a VIP feature, but these cosmetic features are very common premium features.
