Custom vs Plex Library

I have only one media center library which is “Plex" yet Trakt shows a “Custom” and “Plex” library separately. Why? Hiw might I combination both into one “Plex" library tab? Please give us the functionality to do so ir explain why Trakt is displaying my media library as two separate lists.
