Filter options for smart lists

I’ve seen a lot of requests for more filters. Just want to add that smart lists need a lot more filters in order to be useful. Especially since there are no other way of browsing EVERYTHING and finding stuff based on filters there.

Me personally I am missing number of ratings/votes most right now.
