Group Reaction Numbers by Emoji

In the current implementation, it looks like the total number of reactions represents the number of people who reacted with the emoji that is listed last. You can hover over reactions to see the individual amounts, but it still looks odd at first glance, and discoverability of hover tooltips isn’t that high.
