Make search results obviously show what has been watched, like V2

In V2, when you do a simple search for shows or movies and get the results, you see the big purple checkmark on all TV shows and movies you’ve seen. That’s a very good way to gloss over things visually that you’ve already seen and focus on things you haven’t seen. Bring that back.
