Make search results/watch list have an obvious visual indicator of what is streaming on your selected platforms

This is my most used thing on V2 by far - I do a search, perhaps a genre or country, or my watchlist, and I can instantly see what is available for streaming on my selected streaming platforms. I can’t do this on V3, and this is, by far, the most important thing for me. I want to know with a quick visual eyeball check what is streaming on my preferred platforms. Particularly essential for watch lists.
