Not Interested Filter

I have a list of shows called “not interested” that I already know about/tried out and don’t wanna watch. In the previous version I could hide shows on that list from the Discover page making discover very useful, but that filter choice is gone. I would like to be able to filter discover by a custom list that I choose. Like I said this feature was in the previous version so please bring it back.
