Option to Always Display Original Title

The new option in v3 to display localized titles is certainly very useful. The gold standard for my personal use would be to always show original titles, so I could see the well-known English title for all the "mainstream" items and the German title for all the local stuff I watch here (they often times have weirdly translated English names).
