Permanenty Disable Rating Pop-Ups

Currently, if you dismiss the rating pop-up enough times, you are asked to disable the pop-ups completely. However, it’s tedious having to wait so long to disable these prompts. Even so, you cannot disable them on an account-level, it’s just per device.

The proper solution would be an account-level setting that allows you to disable rating prompts across all devices.
