Redirect watch links to Stremio or Infuse libraries

Stremio/Infuse Redirecting

Trakt currently directs playback only to streaming services like Netflix or Apple TV. Add Stremio and Infuse as redirect targets so that Trakt directs the customer to watch an episode or movie in Stremio or Infuse whenever that episode or movie is also available in their library on either of those two apps, and especially when they have already started watching it there. Context: Trakt is used with all streaming services, with Infuse and with Stremio.
