There should be a native macOS app

The iOS and iPadOS apps are really great but I feel the addition of an macOS app should really make it nice to keep track of things regardless of device being used.

Right now, if I watch something on my Mac, I have to get my phone and mark it watched and there have been instances where I’ve forgotten to make entries but if there was a macOS app, it would have been a matter of Cmd+Space, open, and mark.

Plus with the new unified architecture in iOS 26/27, I hope it wouldn’t be too much dev and engineering work.
