Update the "Faded" Method for Watched Media

It is very difficult, in my opinion, to tell at a glance what films I have or have not seen when scrolling through the discover tab, or other users lists. Currently, there is a small checkmark below the poster and the poster is imperceptibly faded (ok, maybe not imperceptibly but it’s not very stark).

I know I can turn on the filter to completely hide movies I’ve already watched from being shown, but I often like to see them still listed but just faded out as I scroll. And I know this can be improved.

Perhaps we remove the background poster from the details half, so the poster is faded and there’s no color on the right side either, making the whole pill more visually bland. or move the checkmark into the center of the poster and make it much larger, then disappearing on mouse hover?

Anyway, just a thought I had and wanted to put it out here.
