Use episode cover in the Continue Watching section of the home page

The episode cover is currently used in the background on the full page of Continue Watching but on the home page the show cover is used. I like seeing the change in episode cover as I click watched on episodes. Not only do I like the visual change but I also think it prevents me from clicking on the same episode twice or clicking watched on an episode I haven’t seen yet.
