Allow the ability to filter your lists by what is streaming on your own selected streaming sites

My #1 most needed ability is to filter my lists by what is streaming on my selected platforms. That’s literally the only reason I have lists - so that I can see what is streaming on the platforms that I subscribe to. V2 does this fine, this needs to be added to V3. If I have a list with 1,000 movies on it, and I have no way of knowing what might be streaming on my chosen platforms, what good is the list? I would have to go through every single movie to see if it is streaming, and even on the movie pages it doesn’t give you an indicator of whether or not it is streaming on your chosen platforms the way V2 does. Please bring this back for V3.

    Good news! This is now available in v3 🎉

    Open a list (any list) and select Filters → Availability, where you can simply filter by your Favorites. The advanced option also supports searching for any service, scoped to your selected streaming country.

    This was implemented in trakt/trakt-web#2744, so I’m closing this request as completed.

      So, it appears that it may not be doing exactly what I meant (maybe that’s by design) - for example, if I have amazon prime listed as one of my favorites, and the movie is streaming there but only to buy, it still shows up. That’s not what I was hoping for. I was hoping it would be like V2 where only movies available on your favorite platforms that are part of the subscription (you don’t have to pay extra to buy it) show up.

    This is the biggest thing I’m personally missing from v3. The ability to filter a list by a specific streaming service, not just ‘my favourites’. Can still do this on web v2 for now but not having it within the app is frustrating.

      Last time I checked, that wasn’t an option (I still use V2, and only periodically check V3). But it’s still lacking all the visual tags of V2, and when you go to the actual movie page, it doesn’t indicate if it is streaming on your chosen platform vs. other platforms - it just shows all platforms. It is lacking a lot of information that V2 has - prices for streaming, listing by your chosen platforms, etc.

    For me, there are my favorite streaming platforms - saved in my preferences - which are used for discovery and tracking tasks, and the streaming platform(s) I am subscribed to right now, which are used - as a v2 VIP feature - for filtering lists. Both are essential: I track across all platforms all year, adding new shows to my lists as I hear about them, but I churn between platforms every month, binge-watching on only 1 or 2 active services.

    The above relates to this request to clarify that the filtering by streaming platform should be restored as it was in v2. I do not want to go into my preferences and edit my favorite streamers every time I want to filter by them.

    Filtering watchlist by one specific streaming service

    I thought that the goal was to bring V2 on par with V3 in all essential features before switching over.

    It seem to be missing an important feature - an ability to filter the list by one specific streaming service. There is only Favorites, but it’s a hassle to constantly edit my favorities, removing and adding streaming services.

    It is THE most important feature for me in Trakt, and primary reason I stayed on V2.

    Please bring it back to V3 as soon as possible. You already have “Advanced” filtering, it seem to be a natural fit to be there.

    Filter by specific services is gone.

    The ability to filter by specific streaming service has been removed and it was important to me.

    Also, the free streaming services have been removed. It only shows what paid services programs are on. Free services are important to me.

    Can you add a filter that allows to only show those titles that are streaming for FREE.
