Bring back the sorting functionality and collections
I mainly use this site for collection tracking as well as sorting my lists by last watched as well as filtering on my collected items only. I need this functionality at a minimum for this app to be useable for the future

Let me REMOVE items from library
I'm aware of the reasons collection was replaced by library, and although I disagree with the direction of the feature, this is not me trying to debate it. However, I have now been stuck for months with items in my custom library (from when it was still collection) and I literally cannot remove any of those items even though I no longer own some of them. It's driving me mad. What's the point in even allowing and showing the custom library tab if it can't be edited?

Display more detailed show ratings information
Trakt has a very simplified tab for displaying ratings of shows. I would like for a more comprehensive view that combines and compares data from multiple services.

Add TvTime Archive comment integration

Bring back VIP ability to force Refresh from data sources.
The link on the left in version 2 allowed VIP members to trigger a refresh of data for a show from its source (usually TMDB). The 2026 version is missing this link. I updated a show yesterday on TMDB, and as it’s a low-traction show, it could take a while for the data to be updated by a routine pull from Trakt. I thought perhaps the TMDB pulls had been sped up, making the Trigger button unnecessary, but it appears not to be the case.

Bring back VIP ability to force Refresh from data sources.

Search Filter: Users Watched and Listed
Have a filter in the search window so the shows that have watched or are on a user’s list to be excluded from or targeted in a search. Two separate filters. V2 allowed users to this as a visual.

Add the possibility to manage items directly from the cover
If you changed again the limits and now we have only 1000 items per list, at least add the option to manage lists directly from the list, Do i really have to go 1 by 1 on 2000 items just to change the list? when you click on 3 dots it should be an option “Lists“ and than u can choose to add/remove from a list. Or at least add it smthg similar to V2 had

Sort "Continue Watching" by next episode release date
Currently, when sorting shows by release date on the "Continue Watching" page, it orders them based on the show's original release date. It would be a great feature to sort them by the release date of the upcoming episode instead. This would make tracking crossover shows—like Arrow and The Flash—much easier and far more enjoyable to watch in exact release order.

Sorting by Time Spent/Number of Plays
This was one of my favorite ways to keep track of both shows and movies throughout the years. I love knowing not only how many times I watched something, but how long I’ve spent on it as well. It’s still in the Top Shows/Movies on the year in review, but you can’t click anymore and see anything outside the Top 10, and you can only see time spent, not number of plays. This was my favorite feature on the site, and I deeply miss it.

Make the tiny "watched" icon on the movie poster on searches a bright contrasting color in the middle of the poster.
The watched icon is small and grey/white and at the bottom where it blends in and is hard to see. Make it massive and purple - which keeps it on brand - or any bright, big contrasting color, and move it into the center of the movie poster. Make it OBVIOUS.

Fix the search results and search result order
For some reason, some TV shows or movies will not show up at all in search results even when spelled perfectly. They just will not show up. Or sometimes, if they do, they’ll be the 16th result, and other similar-but-different titles will come before it. V2 did not have this problem. The search results seem randomly displayed. At least give the option of ordering by release date. Also, fix the bug that makes some TV shows or movies just plain not show up.

Trakt tells me all the places I *can* watch the show. Let me specify the one where I *do* watch the show.
Trakt lists all the streaming services where a show can be watched. Sometimes that list is long and sometimes several of the services on the list are services to which I subscribe. My problem is that when I choose to watch a show, I don’t remember which streaming service I watch it on. I end up hunting for the service since only one service has my viewing history. Maybe i missed it but if Trakt would let me choose one of the streaming services as my “Favorite” or just “star” it or some other way to select it and then make that easily visible when I’m looking at an episode of that show, I could easily go to the service on the TV.
