Upgrade the v3 Progress Page
The progress page has been brought back to v3, but it’s missing many essential features and information we loved about it on v2.
Actually, there was a nice visual mockup created by Justin that would meet most of these:

Here are some user voices regarding the progress page:
The Progress page is the one place on the website you can find all of the shows that you’ve ever watched in order, easily see season by season progress, maybe you’re looking into rewatching something of old that you’ve already seen - it’s easily accessible with only a few clicks.
The sorting and filtering on the Progress page is also very useful, yes, as is the progress bars and the “Watched percentage”, Time Left To Watch and Total Amount of Shows at the top of the page.
It’s all in the details, at least for me. Such a page is a blessing in disguise.
The complete absence of the Progress Page, which is my most visited, is absurd because I like seeing more direct details than Up Next provides. I like being able to instantly sort so I can see what’s next, but also then get a quick idea of what has the least time, change the sorts and see views without having to go deep into Settings to change my Up Next for two seconds and then change it back to what I’d like for my Default.
Use cases:
Recommending a series to a friend
Sort by Watched date descending
Go over everything I recently finished or am currently watching and see if it matches what they're looking for.
Sort by popularity
Go over everything I've watched or things I'm keeping my eye on
Looking for something to watch
Sort by time left ascending
When I want something short to binge over the weekend. By having both watchlist items and shows I've already watched, I can either choose to pick up a new series or actually finish something that I dropped before.
Sort by most episodes or time left descending
Maybe I'm ready for a bigger commitment and want to start chipping away at that series with 12 seasons that I wanted to watch and never got to.
Catching up with recent episodes
Sort air date descending
This way I can quickly catch up with series that are coming back from a hiatus or recently released seasons, even if I haven't watched them recently. Useful to catch series from streaming services that drop whole seasons at a time.
Sort by time left
Quickly see the most recent episodes of series I'm caught up with. Very useful to keep up to date with series that release episodes weekly.

I noticed something as well. The data is inconsistent between v2 and v3
On v2, Always Sunny says I have 1 day, 1 hour, and 13 minutes left
On v3, it says I have 23 hours left
So what’s going on here?

Yeah, the v3 progress page seems to be utterly useless, and I don’t understand how Kevin marked it as “complete” three months ago when it’s missing so much information and what information it does show is incorrect.
This suggests I have 66 episodes left of New Girl before I’ve seen it all, and doesn’t tell me the total runtime remaining.
However…
Last time I checked, 18+8 does not equal 66. If there’s a “specials” section for the show, well, I can’t find it, other than the “Extras” on the show’s page, totalling two items (“New Girl Intro (2)” and “New Girl Season 6 Promo (HD)”). 18+8+2 still doesn’t equal 66 though. There’s no visualisation in the form of an overall progress bar for the entire show, and the only way to get a breakdown per season is selecting seasons one by one in the incredibly unintuitive to access pop-up side bar. And I can’t for the life of me understand where it’s getting the idea that I’ve got 66 episodes left to watch??? Since V2 was completely retired the other week, I’ve been trying to give v3 a fair chance but so much of the core functionality and information I used to use trakt for is either completely missing still, or only accessible through incredibly unintuitive UI/UX ‘design’ and featuring information that I can’t trust. Not only does it not feel like it was developed by someone who has ever used the trakt website, it doesn’t feel like it was made by a human.

Progress Page
Why did the Progress Page go away? That was my most used Trakt feature. If it doesn’t come back before my subscription expires, I won’t be renewing!

Continue Watching vs Progress Page
I’m a bit confused about the need to have both a Continue Watching page and a Progress Page. I know I see a lot of people requesting more from the Progress Page. To me it feels like these requests are occurring because of gaps within the Continue Watching page. I would love to have one page that gives information about show progress that includes next episode info, show progress info, filtering, sorting, and the option to switch between Up to date, In Progress, Dropped. Can they be merged together? It’s currently very inconvenient to get to the progress page because it is located on the profile instead of on the home page.

I personally liked that Progress Page on V2 listed all shows I had added to Watchlist, but haven’t started yet, or shows that I marked for re-watch, but also haven’t started yet. It allowed an easy way to see what I was planning to watch. Continue Watching only shows the shows that I have seen at least 1 episode and personally for me, that’s not enough.

Bring back the Progress Page
The Progress Page in V2 is a great way to see all your TV Shows with great Filter options. I use it daily because I like to watch things in release Order. This page also showing TV Shows in your library or watchlist. Up next doesn’t include them.

I use the progress on lists for one big thing. I have a of TV Shows list for me and a list of TV Shows for me and my wife. When I am watching alone I use one list and when I am watching with her I use the other list. Continue Watching is all one big mixed list.
Continue Watching and even lists where you hide shows watched also do not provide any type of sorting. I normally use the progress page to watch the oldest episode I haven't seen across the entire list and catchup. None of that seems to be there.
Sadly, if V2 goes away and this feature isn’t available I won’t be able to use Trakt to meet my needs. This is a big differentiator from the plethora of free options out there.

PinnedThanks everyone for the feedback here.
We’re closing this request now that Progress is available in V3 (available under your profile, you can drill down and use the link to get there faster). We know the current version does not yet cover everything from before.
The most helpful feedback at this point is on specific gaps. If something important is still missing for you, please open a separate request for that exact need, whether it is a filter, sorting option, data point, or workflow.
That helps us understand the use cases better and improve things in a clearer way.

Not sure if I looked at the wrong place, but I can now see my finished and dropped Shows. But everything else from V2 Progress Page seems to be missing. No filters, no sorting options, not started Shows from library and watchlist not included, can’t see the next Episode or air dates, not to mention the seasons overview.

It sucks!
You can go back to the design board and start over.

Why is this not the same page as “Continue Watching”?
